Greet members and guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and answering questions about the facility and services offered Assist with product demos of fitness equipment or merchandise to enhance member experience Manage retail sales of fitness apparel, supplements, or accessories using POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness center, including stocking supplies and merchandising products attractively Support with cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations during transactions Promote membership upgrades or additional services through friendly upselling techniques Enforce gym policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for all members and staff Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers and team members Previous supervising experience or leadership roles in retail or fitness settings is a plus Bilingual abilities to serve a broader member base are highly valued Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and grocery store operations is beneficial Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone Experience in product demos, merchandising, stocking, and retail sales to drive revenue growth Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels others' wellness journeys!
