•Luxury Design Consultant | Fine Jewelry Gauthier Jewelry invites accomplished sales professionals with proven fine jewelry experience to represent our collection of handcrafted wearable art at our premier gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona. For more than 36 years, Gauthier Jewelry has defined bespoke luxury in the Valley. Every piece in our collection is an original work of art, designed and master-crafted on-site by renowned jewelry artist Scott Gauthier. We are seeking a sophisticated, high-performing Design Consultant to cultivate high-net-worth relationships, curate unforgettable client experiences, and expand our legacy. As a Design Consultant, you will engage discerning collectors and introduce new clientele to the artistry and storytelling behind our one-of-a-kind designs. You will operate as an entrepreneurial brand ambassador, pairing an intuitive command of luxury hospitality with the precision required to close high-value sales.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Building:

Cultivate, retain, and expand a personal book of high-net-worth clientele through bespoke service and proactive relationship management.

Sales Excellence:

Consistently achieve individual sales targets by applying proven consultation methods and demonstrating mastery of luxury closing strategies.

Gallery Representation:

Maintain the highest visual and operational standards within our gallery setting, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues and our on-site master jewelers.

Candidate Profile Proven Luxury Experience:

Prior background in high-end retail sales is required, with direct experience in fine or custom jewelry strongly preferred.

Natural Presence & Poise:

Polished, articulate, and instinctively charming, with the gravitas to connect effortlessly with affluent clients.

Gemological Knowledge:

Strong familiarity with fine gemstones and diamonds; GIA credentials (AJP, GG) or custom jewelry background are valued assets.

Artistic Articulation:

Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills, with an ability to communicate craftsmanship, aesthetic nuance, and value.

Drive & Adaptability:

An entrepreneurial mindset dedicated to continuous learning, client prospecting, and long-term professional growth.

Availability:

Flexibility to work standard luxury retail gallery hours, including weekends.
