This is a great opportunity for someone who is energetic, personable, and ready to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As an AT&T Team Member (Entry Level), you'll connect with customers, introduce them to AT&T products and services, answer questions, and help create a positive experience from the first conversation through the sales process. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you develop your communication, sales, and customer service skills. Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member (Entry Level) Represent the AT&T campaign during customer-facing interactions and promotional activities. Learn to identify customer interests and connect them with relevant AT&T offerings. Build rapport quickly and make each interaction feel natural rather than scripted. Walk customers through available options and help them make informed selections. Keep customer details, sales information, and account documentation organized and accurate. Contribute ideas during team discussions to improve customer engagement and sales activity. Follow established sales practices while maintaining a professional representation of the AT&T brand. Respond confidently when customers need clarification or additional information. Track progress toward assigned objectives and remain consistent throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member (Entry Level) High school diploma or GED. Previous sales, customer service, or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
