What You'll Do :

Connect with new and existing customers and understand their needs Present and sell products and services based on customer needs Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and improve retention Help customers with upgrades, renewals, and additional services Identify opportunities for additional products and services Maintain accurate customer information and follow up on leads Work with management and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Meet individual and team sales and customer-retention goals Products & Services You may work across several growing industries, including:
