We are seeking a welcoming and organized Practice Greeter to be the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you will help create an exceptional experience by ensuring every patient feels valued, cared for, and supported from arrival through checkout. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors. Check in and register new and returning patients. Verify and update patient information as needed. Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments. Schedule comprehensive eye exam appointments. Answer basic patient questions and provide outstanding customer service. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Support daily front office operations and assist team members as needed.
