You will provide outstanding service to our guests, help customers select the right performance footwear and apparel, and contribute to an engaging, energetic store atmosphere centered around sport and lifestyle. ANTA is a leading global sportswear brand offering athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories across a variety of sports. The brand is especially well known for its basketball and running collections and continues to expand its international presence through partnerships with world-class athletes, including Kyrie Irving and Klay Thompson. This position offers approximately 20-30 hours per week based on store needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting the right footwear and apparel for their performance and lifestyle needs. Deliver exceptional customer service and develop lasting relationships. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Stock and replenish merchandise as needed. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of products, promotions, and store policies. Work closely with team members to meet sales goals and support efficient store operations. Participate in store events and promotions to help elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. High level of energy, initiative, and enthusiasm for sports. Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including evenings and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent.
