Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for generating and nurturing sales opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship management, and support of the field sales team. This individual plays a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying qualified leads, managing inbound inquiries, coordinating with territory managers, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated by building relationships and achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new leads and qualify inbound inquiries. Research and identify potential customers within target markets. Maintain accurate records of prospects, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system. Collaborate closely with Territory Managers and the Marketing team to support campaigns and events that drive pipeline growth. Schedule product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and follow-up calls for field sales representatives. Assist with quote generation, order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of sales materials. Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective customers during early stages of the sales cycle. Deliver product knowledge and value messaging tailored to customer needs. Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. Track and report on key performance metrics such as call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline progress. Support continuous improvement of sales tools, CRM processes, and outreach strategies. Other duties as needed or required.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years of inside sales, business development, or customer service experience; experience in medical device, aesthetics, or technology industries a plus. Strong communication skills; confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment and meet or exceed targets.
