Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that suit their preferences and needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell complementary products or services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts Collaborated with team members to coordinate sales activities and meet daily and weekly sales goals. Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and conducting regular stock checks Assist with product demos and educate customers on new or featured items to boost sales performance Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising and cashiering is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills are advantageous for growth opportunities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and customer service best practices Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with merchandising, stock management, and upselling techniques to drive sales success This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a lively retail setting.
