Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations Identify their needs and recommend the right solution Present project options, pricing, and financing Build trust and overcome objections Ask for the sale and close Follow up with homeowners and manage your pipeline Represent Cornerstone Home Improvement professionally

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Hungry, confident, and competitive Strong communication and closing skills Previous sales experience preferred Roofing, solar, HVAC, windows, home improvement, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus Coachable, accountable, and results-driven Reliable transportation Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
