Provided — Permanent Jewelry Experience Not Required About the Role BONDED Carmel-by-the-Sea is looking for an outgoing, polished and dependable individual to join our team as a Permanent Jewelry Bonder & Event Team Member. You do not need previous permanent jewelry experience — we provide training in the BONDED process, including jewelry application, welding, product knowledge, customer service and our brand standards. This is a customer-facing position perfect for someone who loves jewelry, fashion, hospitality and creating memorable experiences. Availability We are looking for someone with flexible availability, with a particular need for: Mondays Thursdays Fridays Saturdays Additional availability may be needed for private, corporate, wedding and special events. What You'll Do Provide the BONDED permanent jewelry experience for clients Learn and perform our permanent jewelry welding process Help clients select chains, charms and jewelry options Maintain an elevated, welcoming and professional guest experience Assist with appointments and private events Help with setup, breakdown and organization Potentially work off-site events throughout the Carmel, Monterey and Pebble Beach area Cross-train and assist with Hamilton Hat Lounge event activations when needed Who We're Looking For Our ideal team member is: Warm, outgoing and comfortable talking with new people Reliable and punctual Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination Professional and polished Comfortable learning a hands-on skill Able to work independently and as part of a team Excited about jewelry, fashion, events and hospitality Flexible with scheduling and willing to work select events Available on key weekdays and weekends, particularly Fridays and Saturdays Why Join BONDED?
