No sales experience? We'll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals! Our new Retail Sales Consultants earn between $43,316 and $75,000, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for our top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. Salary range is dependent on all sales goals being met and/or exceeded.
