Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Boba Shop Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing a variety of beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. Ideal candidates are friendly, efficient, and passionate about delivering a memorable experience in a fast-paced food industry setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of boba drinks, coffee, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards Operate POS systems for order processing and cash handling Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with food safety standards Manage multiple tasks efficiently using strong time management skills during busy hours Handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash register at the end of shifts Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout the shift Assist with food preparation and serving when necessary, adhering to food safety guidelines Uphold food handling standards and ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers Skills No experience required Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Previous barista or coffee experience is advantageous but not required Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures (will need food handlers permit) Ability to perform basic math calculations for sales and cash handling Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours Experience in food service or retail environments is a plus Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail We are currently looking for a team member who can work weekday mornings and can work at least 3-4 shifts a week!
