Powerstride Battery, a trusted name in battery distribution since 1926, is seeking a Warehouse/Sales Associate to play a key role in our day-to-day operations and team success. What You'll Do Leadership & Operations Support the Regional Sales Manager with daily operational tasks and step in as needed Oversee delivery scheduling and warehouse workflow to ensure efficiency and accuracy Assist managers and warehouse associates in serving professional customers as directed Customer Service Promptly greet retail and walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection Deliver outstanding service to walk-in and phone-in customers by answering calls per company policy Accurately look up batteries and accessories, quote pricing, recommend premium and related items Process invoices, exchanges, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures Maintain and secure the cash drawer, accept cash and checks, make accurate change, and process credit card transactions Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and courteously Warehouse & Inventory Management Assist with freight receiving, stocking shelves, cleaning, and general warehouse upkeep Manage inventory levels, coordinate new orders, and conduct inventory cycle counts Assist with monthly stock adjustments Prepare new, core, and warranty merchandise returns Prepare spent (core) batteries for safe shipment to smelters Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Occasionally make deliveries in company vehicle when business needs require (must meet company driving eligibility requirements) Perform all other duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment Forklift certified with proven safe operation experience Strong background in shipping, receiving, and inventory flow Excellent customer service and communication skills Proven ability to work independently Why Powerstride Battery?
