Key Responsibilities:

Exceed membership product and sales goals Educate clients on the benefits of our wellness products and services, including Red Light Therapy, PEMF Therapy, Compression and Brain Fitness Therapy Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and personalized recommendations Manage front desk operations: phone inquiries, scheduling, check-ins, and product sales Support client consultations and service demonstrations Assist with community outreach, events, and promotional activities Create or assist with engaging content for social media Maintain client records and manage leads Ensure a clean, calm, and inviting environment for all guests
