What You'll Do:

Sell memberships — this is a sales job first, front desk second Be the first smile people see when they walk in Convert leads into booked intro classes and follow up until they join Give studio tours and pitch why Row House is worth it Hit monthly sales and lead-conversion targets Keep the studio clean, energized, and welcoming between sales conversations Support community events and pop-ups to generate new leads Team up with the GM to hit membership goals

What We're Looking For:

No sales experience needed — just motivation to learn and grow into it Outgoing, confident communicator who isn't afraid to ask for the sale Goal-driven and excited by commission and incentives Comfortable learning new tech/systems (we'll train you) Passion for fitness and wellness (no rowing experience required) Dependable, coachable, and detail-oriented
