We're looking for a motivated Bilingual Sales Associate to join our growing team and connect customers with AT&T Fiber internet services and solutions. This is a customer-facing sales opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with different types of customers, and helping households identify the right connectivity options for their needs. As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you'll engage with customers in both English and Spanish, introduce AT&T Fiber services, explain available options, and guide customers through the enrollment process. You'll develop hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and telecommunications while working toward individual and team sales goals. What You'll Do Engage customers in English and Spanish to identify needs and introduce AT&T Fiber services and solutions. Conduct customer conversations focused on sales, enrollment, and AT&T Fiber service options. Explain AT&T Fiber features, benefits, pricing, and available services in a clear and professional manner. Build customer relationships through personalized communication and a consultative sales approach. Complete customer enrollment accurately while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience. Work with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales and enrollment goals. What We're Looking For Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate clearly with customers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build customer relationships. Goal-oriented mindset and willingness to develop professional sales skills.
