Part-Time Beach & Events Sales Associate About Us The Coconut Guy brings high-quality, handcrafted fresh coconuts and great energy to beaches and local events. We're looking for outgoing, reliable, and charismatic people who enjoy being outdoors, connecting with customers, and creating a fun experience. Responsibilities Sell high-quality, handcrafted fresh coconuts from our electric vending cart at beaches and events. Provide friendly, confident, and engaging customer service. Handle card payments using Square. Create a fun and memorable experience for customers. Requirements Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality. Reliable and responsible. Comfortable approaching and interacting with customers. Able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Comfortable working outdoors in sunny weather. Reliable transportation to Santa Monica and nearby event locations. Schedule Part-time, primarily Saturdays and Sundays, approximately 7-8 hours per day, with shifts generally starting around noon. Pay $20 per hour, plus a $2 commission for every coconut sold after the first 30 sales each day. Strong sellers can earn significantly more based on performance.
