Retail Sales Associate — Del Mar Jewelers Del Mar Jewelers is looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has previous retail sales experience and a strong interest or background in jewelry . Jewelry sales experience is preferred. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their style and needs. Maintain knowledge of jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, and current trends. Meet sales goals and build lasting customer relationships. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales floor. Assist with daily store operations and inventory. Qualifications Previous retail or sales experience preferred. Jewelry sales experience or knowledge is a strong plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, dependable, and personable. Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment.
