This position involves providing top-tier service to members and visitors and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our gym. The ideal candidate will also take initiative when it comes to retail operations, and member relations, all while fostering a positive and professional atmosphere. Responsibilities Customer Service:
- Greet and check-in members and visitors with enthusiasm.
- Ensure every member and guest experiences outstanding customer service.
- Maintain regular communication with members, understanding their goals, needs, and challenges to provide personalized support.
Program Knowledge & Sales:
- Maintain a deep understanding of NCFIT's program offerings and confidently communicate them to members.
- Support the onboarding, retention, and cancellation processes.
Facility Oversight:
- Ensure the gym facility is always clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist with any facility improvements or general upkeep.
- Oversee services like trash pick-up, laundry, and machine/equipment maintenance.
Front Desk Operations:
- Supervise daily front desk operations
- Manage retail operations, including tracking inventory, placing orders, and maintaining the store's visual appeal.
- Ensure accurate member attendance tracking and resolve any member inquiries or concerns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, including Sonos, internet, and alarm systems.
Team Collaboration & Communication:
- Ensure clear, timely communication with management and colleagues.
- Oversee the printing and distribution of flyers, signage, and communications to staff and members.
- Foster a collaborative environment, maintaining a high level of morale among front desk staff.
Problem Solving:
- Use your problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.

Education & Experience General Knowledge of Fitness:
Passion for CrossFit, functional fitness, health, and nutrition.
CrossFit Experience:
Preferred but not required.
Leadership & Team Management:
Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus.
Retail Experience :
Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
Customer Service Experience:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on exceptional service.
Professional Mindset:
Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
Schedule Wednesday- Friday:
