We are committed to quality, excellent customer service, and creating a clean, welcoming environment for our guests. Position Summary We are looking for an experienced and dependable Team Member who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Our team members are cross-trained to support all areas of the café, including customer service, taking orders, preparing desserts, food prep, cleaning, and restocking. Responsibilities Provide friendly and professional customer service. Take orders, operate the register, and handle payments. Prepare desserts and complete food prep according to Drip standards. Fulfill orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain quality and presentation standards. Keep the café, kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized. Wash dishes and restock ingredients and supplies. Complete assigned opening and closing duties. Communicate clearly and work closely with the team during busy periods. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required. Minimum 2 years of restaurant, café, or food service experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently work scheduled shifts. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, peak periods, and catering events. Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and checklists.
