Newport Beach, CA Pay:

Starting at $20/hour, with higher pay available based on experience and performance. Overview We are looking for a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our team near Newport Beach. This is a comfortable, customer-focused retail sales position. You will work inside our store, welcome customers, introduce our massage chairs, assist customers with product demonstrations and trial experiences, answer questions, and help customers choose the right massage chair for their needs. Our store provides a clean, comfortable, and professional working environment. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service Invite and assist customers to experience our massage chairs Introduce product features, functions, pricing, and promotions Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Answer customer questions and provide product information Follow up with interested customers and help close sales Maintain a clean and comfortable showroom environment Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale Qualifications Retail sales or customer service experience preferred Experience working in a shopping mall, showroom, furniture store, or similar retail environment is a strong plus Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable communicating with customers Responsible and willing to learn Sales experience is preferred but not required Strong sales performance and relevant experience may qualify for higher hourly pay Compensation Starting at $20/hour. Higher hourly pay may be offered based on relevant experience, sales ability, and job performance.

Pay:

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
