Join our growing team as an Entry Level Sales Associate, representing AT&T products and services with local businesses throughout the greater San Diego area. This full-time, in-person opportunity is designed for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build a career in sales, customer relationships, and business development. If you have experience as a server, bartender, host, retail associate, or in another customer-facing role, you may already have many of the skills that translate well into sales. You know how to communicate with different types of people, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and create positive customer experiences. We provide hands-on training and coaching to help you develop those skills into a professional sales career. What You'll Do Engage local businesses and introduce AT&T wireless products and services Build professional relationships with customers, business owners, and decision-makers Conduct in-person presentations and identify solutions that fit customer needs Develop new business accounts and support ongoing customer relationships Assist customers throughout the sales and account activation process Work with your team to meet individual and team sales goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service, hospitality, retail, or sales experience is a plus Comfortable speaking with new people in a professional, face-to-face setting Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Coachable and willing to learn new sales and customer engagement skills Ability to stay organized and professional in a fast-paced environment Interest in building a long-term career in sales and leadership Reliable transportation for business travel throughout Oceanside and San Diego County is a plus Why Join Us?
