In the distant future we will be expanding in health supplies as well but training can be provided. Duties Provide expert advice on beauty and cosmetics products, including skincare, makeup, and haircare items. Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications to showcase product benefits and enhance customer experience. Build strong relationships with clients through personalized communication, understanding their needs and preferences. Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS systems such as Millennium and salon software. Maintain in-depth knowledge of store inventory, stock levels, and product features to ensure optimal product placement. Engage by sharing beauty tips, promoting new products, and increasing brand visibility. Achieve sales targets through effective upselling strategies while ensuring excellent customer service. Willing to work on the go lunch modular Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or beauty & cosmetics sales is required. Proficiency with POS systems and old school methods. Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse clientele. Knowledge of cosmetology principles, makeup application techniques, wigs and retail store product knowledge. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients through exceptional customer relationship building skills. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations. Ability to stand for extended periods, handle stock stocking duties, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
