About us West Marin Community Services (WMCS) is the central hub for a diverse range of services that support our neighbors in West Marin. West Marin Community Thrift Store's financial contributions to WMCS's everchanging programs serves as a safety-net to the community of West Marin. Since 1987, this local institution offers low-cost clothing and household items by reusing quality merchandise and using the profits to support the community. Every day the Thrift Store receives fantastic merchandise, and we get it on the floor fast! Our items range from clothing and jewelry to kitchenware and sporting equipment. Job Overview WMCS Thrift Store is seeking a friendly, reliable, and team-oriented Retail Associate to support daily store operations. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service and helping maintain an inviting, well-organized retail space. We offer paid time off, health insurance, and annual cost-of-living adjustments.

Pay:

$18•$20 per hour, depending on experience

Job-type:

in-person, 21•28 hours per week Ideal start date: as soon as possible

Schedule:

3•4 days per week, availability on weekends is a priority
