Full Job Description Schedule:

4 days per week, 7.5 hours per day (30 hours per week) Fixed schedule with 3 consecutive days off. Weekend availability required. Naturwood Home Furnishings is looking for a dependable, motivated person to help with the day-to-day operation and presentation of our 87,000-square-foot furniture showroom. This is a hands-on, active position. You'll spend much of the day moving and arranging furniture, helping with merchandise, and keeping the showroom organized, safe, and looking its best. You'll work under the direction of our Visual Display Supervisor, but should also be comfortable working independently and making decisions when needed. What You'll Do Move and arrange furniture throughout the showroom Use good judgment to make minor showroom adjustments as merchandise is sold or moved Assist with floor moves, new merchandise, and transfers between the showroom and warehouse Wrap and help load customer purchases Assist with price changes, inventory preparation, and other day-to-day showroom tasks Keep displays, aisles, and walkways organized, safe, and ADA compliant What We're Looking For Dependable and comfortable working independently Good judgment and attention to detail An eye for keeping the showroom neat and well-presented Able to take direction and work well with others Comfortable with a physically active job, including lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and moving furniture Furniture, retail, warehouse, or merchandising experience is helpful, but not required This is a good fit for someone who likes hands-on work, enjoys staying busy, and is comfortable taking initiative when something needs to be done.
