: This team member will ensure customer satisfaction, assist and educate guests on finding the best options for their needs. You will be responsible for demonstrating efficient work methods, educating guests on products and dosing, intake and verification.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities outlined here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this position, however, are not all inclusive: Ability to provide great customer service through answering questions by staying up to date with the latest market trends and product education Checks guests IDs to ensure that only those 21 years of age or older are entering the dispensary Maintains a streamlined approach to communication within guests, sales and leadership team Knowledgeable in the different strains of cannabis and their uses Educating guests about cannabis use through one-on-one conversation Uses Point of Sale (POS) operations including creating new orders, adjusting open orders, adding items, discounts, applying loyalty points, voiding items, and processing payments, including cash handling Collaborates with leadership to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising Ensures the store always looks clean and inviting Places and rotates merchandise to attract positive attention from customers Assure compliance with local, state, and federal licensing requirements Follows SOPs for all of the above Performs all duties in a manner that continually supports the vision, mission, values, and principles of the Redding Rancheria Sundial Red Bluff LLC Performs all duties in a manner that adheres to the guest service standards established by Redding Rancheria Sundial Red Bluff LLC guest service program Other duties as assigned by Floor Supervisor or General Dispensary ManagerEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of two years of experience in cannabis retail preferred The ability to maintain high standards in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment The ability to identify cannabis varieties using visual and olfactory senses preferred Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must be able to handle multiple tasks Demonstrated typing skills, 10-key by touch and the ability to operate office equipment Must be proficient in the use of computer software programs, to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Onfleet, and Treez The ability to act independently to anticipate potential issues, problem solve, investigate, seek out and utilize resources to work toward a positive resolution that considers the best interest of the facility, team members, guests and the Redding Rancheria Tribe The ability to develop positive relationships with internal and external guests is required The ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision is required The ability to read, analyze and interpret common financial reports, and legal documents The ability to work independently and as part of a team The ability, willingness and comfort to engage with guests and team members is required Must have a current California Driver's License, current insurance, and a clear driving recordPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
