In this role, you will work directly with customers to present wireless and internet services, explain available options, and assist with account setup. This is a full-time, in-person sales position focused on direct customer interaction, service enrollments, and account support. It's a strong fit for someone interested in building experience in sales, customer service, and account management in a fast-paced environment. Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities Speak directly with customers through in-person interactions Present available wireless and internet services, plans, and promotions Assist with service enrollments, account setup, and activations Build positive customer relationships through consistent communication Identify opportunities to support additional sales and customer needs Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates Work with team members to meet daily sales goals and customer satisfaction standards Represent Zora Industries professionally in every customer interaction Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications Strong communication skills when working with customer accounts Interest in sales, customer service, or business development Motivated to grow in a sales environment while supporting customer needs Ability to build trust with customer accounts through strong customer communication Reliable and professional attitude toward customer service and sales performance Experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or business is helpful but not required. Training is provided. No prior sales experience required.
