Description Do you enjoy connecting with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere? As our Store Greeter, you'll be the first friendly face customers see when they walk through the door. Your role is all about making a great first impression by greeting customers warmly, answering basic questions, and helping direct them to where they need to go. At the same time, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment by staying alert, being observant, and reporting any unusual activity to store management. If you're friendly, helpful, and have a sharp eye for detail, this is the perfect position for you! Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Greet all customers as they enter and exit the store with a friendly and welcoming attitude Monitor store entrances and exits for security and safety purposes Lock front door and activate store alarm in case of emergency Observe customer behavior and report any suspicious activity to management or security personnel Maintain a clean and organized greeting area Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) High attention to detail; background in Security a big plus (not required) Previous customer service or retail experience a plus Must be punctual and reliable, and able to work on weekends Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and attitude Friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor High school diploma or equivalent preferred Physical Demands and Work Environment Indoor/Outdoor retail environment
