Position:

Temporary, Part-Time Fulfillment Associate Role/Responsibilities:

Join team Destira to pull, pack, process, and ship orders. Work alongside and be part of our amazing team. You'll spend your day working with leotards, shorts and accessories, fulfilling orders accurately and on time, processing returns, and/or working on special projects that help keep our distribution center highly organized and functioning well. In this position you will fulfill a variety of roles, including order fulfillment, merchandising orders, special projects, return processing, and inventory organization, all of which support our warehouse operations. You will work with a small group in the warehouse to ensure items are received, organized, and shipped in a timely manner. We are hiring for temporary , part-time roles at this time, between 15-30 hours per week, between October 15th, 2026 - February 5th, 2027, with potential for longer term. San Carlos, CA Responsibilities:

Read and process work orders Locate merchandise from shelves and storage areas Confirm product information matches that of the work order Inspect merchandise for damage, flaws, or irregularities Pack merchandise for delivery Finalize orders and update information in our database Adhere to state health and safety practices

Requirements and Skills:

We're looking for positive, hardworking, detail oriented individuals who are solution oriented and ready to learn. Applicants should be tech savvy, inventory, retail, or service experience a plus. Proven work experience as a fulfillment associate or similar role Reading and interpreting written work orders Ability to stand for long periods of time Strong attention to detail Fashion merchandising (a bonus) Ability to bend and lift up to 30 lbs.
