What You'll Do Prepare sandwiches, soups, salads, and other café items accurately and efficiently according to company recipes and guest specifications. Receive and prioritize food orders from the Front of House team while maintaining timely service. Learn and consistently follow all sandwich and salad recipes and preparation standards. Keep the sandwich station fully stocked with fresh ingredients and pre-sliced breads throughout the day. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including counters, refrigerators, and food preparation equipment. Ensure garnishes, condiments, and side items are stocked and ready for service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Work collaboratively with bakery and café team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. Support other café and bakery operations as needed. What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for hospitality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Previous food service or café experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred. Growth Opportunities We believe in developing our people.
