What You'll Do As a Budtender, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring compliance with California cannabis regulations. Responsibilities Greet every customer with a friendly, welcoming attitude. Build relationships with customers and recommend products based on their individual needs. Educate customers on cannabis products, brands, effects, and consumption methods. Accurately process transactions using our point-of-sale system. Verify customer identification and maintain compliance with all California cannabis regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor. Restock inventory, merchandise displays, and pricing throughout the day. Assist with inventory counts, product labeling, and organization. Stay informed on new products, promotions, and featured brands. Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals while providing exceptional service.
