Baypoint Systems is seeking a customer-focused Sales Brand Ambassador - Entry Level to join our team in San Jose, CA . In this role, you will engage directly with customers in designated retail environments, provide helpful product information, answer questions, and create a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and motivated to develop their communication and sales skills while supporting customer needs and team sales goals. We provide training and ongoing coaching to help team members build their product knowledge, customer service skills, and professional experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Educate customers about products, promotions, and available services. Ask questions to understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Support individual and team sales goals through excellent customer service. Assist customers throughout the purchasing process and ensure transactions are completed accurately. Respond to customer questions and concerns professionally and help identify appropriate solutions. Stay informed about current products, promotions, and company policies. Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming and engaging customer experience. Qualifications Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with customers in a retail environment. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Goal-oriented and motivated to develop sales and customer service skills. Weekend availability preferred. Able to perform in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer Guaranteed base pay of $18.50-$25/hour, based on experience, paid weekly. Full-time scheduling, including weekend shifts. Performance-based bonus opportunities. Paid training.
