This Sales Team Lead opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build leadership experience while contributing to retail campaigns, promotional events, and team success. As a Sales Team Lead, you'll work directly with customers, support promotional campaigns, and learn how successful teams operate. Every Sales Team Lead begins by building a strong foundation in customer engagement, campaign execution, and communication before taking on additional leadership responsibilities. What You'll Do as a Sales Team Lead Represent wireless services during retail campaigns and promotional events. Help customers compare service options based on their needs. Support campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and event performance. Assist with onboarding and development of new team members. Track team goals and help maintain accountability. Coordinate daily campaign activities and event readiness. Build leadership experience while continuing to work directly with customers. Contribute to individual and team performance as a Sales Team Lead. What We're Looking For in a Sales Team Lead Interest in leadership, business development, customer engagement, promotional marketing, or sales. Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers. Experience in sports, campus organizations, clubs, volunteer work, or other team environments is a plus. Competitive mindset with an interest in professional growth. Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Coachable and open to feedback.
