Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and proactive Full-Time Bilingual Sales Associate to join our appliance store in Santa Fe Springs. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, have previous sales experience, and be comfortable working with customers both in-store and online.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in-store, understand their needs, recommend suitable appliances, and close sales.
• Follow up with customer inquiries and provide product, pricing, warranty, delivery, and installation information.
• Create and post promotional content on Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (RedNote) to generate leads and attract new customers.
• Learn product and inventory information quickly and work with the team to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proactive, reliable, responsible, and quick to learn
• Must be available to work at least one weekend day

United States Compensation:

• During probation: $20/hour + commission
• After probation, compensation will be adjusted based on performance and sales ability
• Uncapped earning potential — higher sales performance means higher income

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
