Starting with part time shifts such as Sundays and Mondays , the ideal candidate will be able to move to further hours on different days. As a customer services associate you role will be helping customers with various needs such as shipping packages worldwide, packaging diverse items, receiving amazon drop off packages and sundry other peripheral tasks such faxing, e mailing, printing and resolving customer queries. The UPS Store environment is diverse, sometimes crazy busy but all times fascinating and fun due to the diverse range of customers whom we encounter. Will this position suit you? Yes, if you enjoy interrracting with people and genuinely love helping them solve their challenges. You must have a sense of humor. You must also be able to lift a package of 70lbs or less.
