CHINESE SPEAKING COUNTER SALES

We are a plumbing supply store located in South El Monte looking for a Chinese/English speaking Counter Salesperson to join our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and willing to learn. This position requires helping walk-in customers, answering questions, taking orders, and making sure customers are taken care of in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and helping with orders Answering customer questions and helping find the right products Processing payments and handling cash transactions Following up on orders to avoid delays Checking receiving shipments and helping stock inventory Keeping the counter and shelves clean and organized Operating the point-of-sale system Helping with general store duties when needed

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English and Chinese Good customer service attitude Reliable and willing to learn Basic computer skills preferred Good personal appearance Plumbing knowledge is helpful, but not required Training will be provided To apply please email your resume
