Duties Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, creating an inviting shopping experience Assist customers with selecting mobile plans, devices, accessories, and related products through engaging product demos Conduct upselling by recommending additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for cash handling, transactions, and receipts with accuracy and efficiency Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and organizing products to ensure an attractive store presentation Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers over the phone Educate customers on device features, plan options, and troubleshooting techniques to promote customer loyalty Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked Requirements Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers Previous retail sales experience, ideally within electronics or grocery store environments, is preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen actively and address customer needs confidently Experience in supervising or leading team members is a plus but not required Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and a positive attitude are vital for success in this role Join us as a Bilingual Metro by T-Mobile Sales Associate and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while helping customers stay connected!
