Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting appropriate products for various gifting occasions, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products to provide informed recommendations and enhance customer satisfaction. Drive retail sales through proactive engagement and personalized service. Conduct outbound sales calls and visit potential business clients to promote our gifting solutions and expand customer relationships. Email potential clients and utilize online tools such as Google or other applications to identify new customer opportunities, focusing on employee gifting customers. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively. Proactive approach to outbound sales activities including calls, emails, and business visits. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic proficiency with online search tools such as Google and other applications for lead generation. Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable gifting experiences.
