"Welcome to nature" We are looking for a store associate with a genuine passion for sports and outdoor activities - join our team at Norrøna´s Concept Store Boulder. The position is a permanent position equivalent to 80% (30 hours per week). As a salesperson in Norrøna's stores, it is important for us that you understand the customer's needs and provide the customer with a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, capable of identifying tasks during busy and quiet periods, and possess a large work capacity.

Qualifications:

Completed high school Minimum of 2 years' working experience preferably within retail/sports Fluency in English required; additional language proficiency valued We believe you'll succeed in this job if you : Have a passionate commitment to sales and excellent customer experiences Are outgoing and enjoy interacting with people Have a competitive instinct and are motivated to assist customers with their needs Have a high work capacity and can identify tasks during quieter periods Are structured, and reliable Take ownership of the store and contribute to maintaining a high standard The position requires a US work authorization.

Key responsibilities:

Sales and customer service Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Norrøna's outdoor products Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement Assist in receiving and pricing merchandise Contribute to maintaining a high standard in the store Participate in the planning and execution of in-store activities and events Support the store manager and contribute to a positive work culture Be a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for Norrøna We offer you a unique opportunity to work in a young, innovative, and professional environment, and with the world's best outdoor products.
