Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in women's fashion Enjoys creative projects like visual merchandising Strong attention to detail Takes direction and works well with others Must be a people person and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills Punctual and reliable is a must Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times Flexible schedule is required. Nights, weekends and holidays are required

Responsibilities:

Assist with inventory management, including tagging, merchandising, etc Create visually appealing displays throughout the store Greet and assist customers with great customer service Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store at all times Communicate professionally with customers regarding purchases, damages, returns, etc Compensation +
