The average pay after commission is $25-$35 + tips. The more you sell the more you make! We are a ski boot company and therefore we are interested in hiring skiers. If you love skiing, good at problem solving and talking to people then this is the job for you. We are looking to hire ASAP for the winter season. The position starts 11/23/26.

Manage inventory by stocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively. Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize retail math skills to assist with pricing and promotions, and engage in upselling techniques to enhance sales. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create a welcoming shopping environment.
