Job Summary We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and hands-on Gas Station Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of gas station, service and convenience store. The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining excellent customer service, managing inventory and cash controls, ensuring safety and compliance, and helping drive sales and profitability. The ideal candidate a strong leader who can manage employees effectively, solve problems quickly, maintain high operating standards, and take ownership of the overall performance of the location. Hands-on experience with basic vehicle repairs, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting is preferred. Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day gas station, service and convenience store operations. Hire, schedule, and manage employees. Lead the team in providing friendly, professional customer service. Monitor fuel sales, store sales, cash handling, and daily financial transactions. Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, stocking, and merchandise displays. Monitor fuel deliveries, tank levels, pricing, and fuel-related procedures. Ensure cash registers, POS systems, pumps, and other equipment are functioning properly. Conduct opening, closing, and daily operational procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming facility. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health, safety, fuel, and environmental regulations. Respond promptly to customer concerns and resolve operational issues. Monitor employee performance and address attendance or performance concerns appropriately. Conduct regular inspections of the property, equipment, fuel pumps, and store. Work with vendors, contractors, service providers, and company management as needed. Track key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability. Prepare or review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Handle emergencies and operational issues calmly and professionally. Perform other duties necessary to support successful store operations.
