No prior shoe-fitting experience is required—we provide comprehensive training. Experience with shoe fitting or other consultative retail sales is a plus. What You'll Do Deliver a high end, hands on, consultative shopping experience from start to finish. Build trust by understanding each customer's needs and recommending personalized footwear solutions. Perform professional foot measurements and fittings using our proven training methods. Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals through exceptional product knowledge, personalized service, and confident communication. Develop expert knowledge of premium footwear brands and foot health products. Maintain an organized, inviting sales floor and support overall store operations. Participate in ongoing training to build product knowledge and service expertise. What We're Looking For Previous success in retail sales , customer service, or another customer-focused sales role. Strong communication skills and natural social confidence in building relationships with customers. A competitive mindset with the desire to achieve personal sales goals. Coachable, positive, and eager to learn. Reliable , professional, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 pounds. Weekend availability.
