Event Setup Crew Member WT Rental and Services LLC East Hampton, CT Job Details Full-time From $20 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Event breakdown Outdoor work experience Equipment installation Catering equipment setup Event setup Full Job Description WT Rental is looking to add a few full-time Event Installation Assistants to our crew for the remainder of our busy wedding and event season. This is a hands-on position primarily involving the setup and breakdown of tents, tables, chairs, lighting, dance floors, ceremony setups, and other event rental equipment for weddings, private parties, and events throughout Connecticut. No experience is necessary. We have an experienced crew that will teach you everything you need to know. What matters most to us is finding people who are dependable, willing to work hard, can work well with a team, and take pride in the job they do. This is physical, outdoor work, but it's also rewarding. At the end of the day, you get to see an empty space completely transformed into a wedding or event that our customers have spent months planning. Taylor, the owner of WT Rental, works directly alongside the crew on job sites. We believe in leading by example, maintaining a positive work environment, and recognizing the people who show up and put in the effort. There is plenty of opportunity to grow within the company for someone who proves themselves and wants to take on more responsibility. We are based in East Hampton, CT and travel throughout Connecticut, with much of our work taking place along the shoreline.
