Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about store merchandise to boost sales and customer satisfaction Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs and increase store revenue Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products effectively Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and ensure the cash drawer is balanced at the end of each shift Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Requirements Previous retail sales experience or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
