Customer Sales Associate Tasks:

Start friendly, professional conversations with homeowners and introduce LeafGuard. Learn about customer needs and identify opportunities where LeafGuard may be a good fit. Explain product features and benefits in a simple, approachable way. Educate homeowners about LeafGuard's one-piece gutter system and its benefits. Answer customer questions and provide helpful, accurate information. Schedule consultations for homeowners who want to learn more. Follow up with prospective customers and maintain positive customer relationships. Keep customer information and follow-up activity organized. Work toward individual and team goals while creating a positive customer experience.

Customer Sales Associate Qualifications:
