Job Description
Our growing retail sales team is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associates to represent our partner brands and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you'll engage with shoppers, recommend products and services, and develop valuable skills in customer service, retail sales, and relationship building while helping drive store success. Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities/ What You'll Do Welcome customers into the retail location and create a friendly, engaging shopping experience. Learn customers' needs and recommend products, services, and promotions that best fit their lifestyle. Demonstrate product features and benefits while educating customers on available options. Assist customers with purchases, enrollments, activations, and other retail transactions while ensuring accuracy. Build lasting customer relationships by providing outstanding service before, during, and after each sale. Achieve individual and team sales goals through consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. Keep up to date on product knowledge, promotions, pricing, and company initiatives. Maintain accurate customer records and complete required sales documentation in accordance with company policies.
