Inizio Collections is hiring a sales-driven representative to work with our automotive key service inside major retail locations. This position combines customer service, face-to-face sales, and hands-on training in automotive key cutting and programming. You do not need automotive or locksmith experience. We provide paid training. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, creating interest, closing sales, and working toward performance goals. What You'll Do Engage customers and explain our automotive key and key-fob services Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate product or service Generate sales through friendly, confident customer conversations Cut, duplicate, and program automotive keys and key fobs after training Retrieve vehicle information, including VIN details, when necessary Process customer transactions accurately Maintain inventory and keep the mobile service area organized Track customer and sales information through the company portal Work independently while meeting daily and weekly sales goals Deliver a professional and positive customer experience What We're Looking For Previous sales, retail, customer service, promotions, or hospitality experience is preferred Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers Motivated by goals, bonuses, and performance Friendly, dependable, and professional Willing to learn automotive key-cutting and programming technology Able to work a retail schedule, including weekends Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable personal transportation Comfortable standing and remaining active throughout the shift Able to pass applicable background and motor vehicle checks What We Offer Weekly pay Performance bonuses Paid, hands-on training No previous automotive key experience required Full-time work in established retail locations Opportunity to develop both sales and technical skills Support from an experienced manager Growth opportunities for strong performers A fast-paced position where your results are recognized Who Does Well in This Position?
