What You'll Do:

Greet every customer warmly and professionally. Assist customers in finding what they need — from fresh coffee and hot foods to everyday essentials. Operate the cash register and POS system with consistency, accuracy, and speed. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product stocking. Prepare and serve food items (pizza, taquitos, wings, etc.) while following food safety standards. Recommend promotions and upsell products to maximize customer value. Stay engaged and focused on customers and store operations — personal phone use and earpieces/headphones are not permitted during shifts. Other duties as assigned in line with normal retail and food-service operations.

What You Bring:

Prior 7-Eleven store experience (or equivalent high-volume convenience/retail experience). Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset. Motivation, hustle, and commitment to excellent service. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
