What You'll Do as a Customer Sales Associate Chat directly with local residents to introduce awesome Verizon home internet and wireless services. Answer questions and help people compare wireless plans, high-speed internet options, and current promotions. Walk interested customers through the easy enrollment process while keeping things positive and professional. Build real, lasting relationships while representing the Verizon brand with genuine integrity and enthusiasm. Keep sharpening your communication, tech knowledge, and sales skills with hands-on coaching and mentorship as a Customer Sales Associate. Team up with fellow Customer Sales Associates to make the brand experience amazing and crush team goals together. We're Looking for a Customer Sales Associate Who Truly loves meeting new people and building authentic, friendly connections. Brings awesome communication skills and loves chatting with others.
